Important Update: New Email Address for Interac e-Transfers

We’re updating our email address to receive Interac e-Transfers. Effective immediately, please use the following new email address for all future transfers:

New Interac e-Transfer Email: payments@FKLLP.ca

To ensure your payments reach us without delay, please update your saved Interac contact in your online banking. Below are step-by-step instructions for the major Canadian banks:

 

RBC (Royal Bank of Canada)

  1. Open the RBC Mobile App or Online Banking.
  2. Tap Move Money > Send Interac e-Transfer
  3. Select Manage Payees.
  4. Select the contact for Fruitman Kates or FK Accounting and Tax
  5. Tap the Edit button.
  6. Update the email address to payments@fkllp.ca .
  7. Tap Continue or Save

RBC Guide

 

TD Canada Trust

  1. Log in to EasyWeb or the TD app.
  2. Go to Interac e-Transfer > Manage Recipients.
  3. Select the contact you want to update.
  4. Tap Edit and update the email address to payments@fkllp.ca.
  5. Save your changes.

Scotiabank

  1. Open the Scotiabank app or Online Banking.
  2. Go to Move Money > Interac e-Transfer.
  3. Under Manage, select Contacts.
  4. Find the contact and tap the ✏️ pencil icon.
  5. Update the email to payments@fkllp.ca and save changes.

BMO (Bank of Montreal)

  1. Log in to BMO Online Banking or Mobile App.
  2. Go to Pay & Transfer > Interac e-Transfer.
  3. Tap Manage Recipients.
  4. Select the contact and choose Edit.
  5. Update the email to payments@fkllp.ca and save.

  1. Sign in to CIBC Online Banking or Mobile App.
  2. Go to Interac e-Transfer > Contact List.
  3. Click the contact you want to update.
  4. Tap the ✏️ edit icon, update the email to payments@fkllp.ca, and save.

Desjardins

  1. Sign in to Desjardins Online Banking or Mobile App.
  2. Go to Transactions > Interac e-Transfer > Recipients.
  3. Click the contact you want to update.
  4. Tap the ✏️ edit icon, update the email to payments@fkllp.ca, and save.

National Bank

  1. Sign in to CIBC Online Banking or Mobile App.
  2. In the left menu under Transfer of funds, click Manage beneficiaries.
  3. Select Interac e-Transfer recipient.
  4. Tap the ✏️ edit icon, update the email to payments@fkllp.ca, and save.
