Jacob joins Fruitman Kates as a partner upon the merger with Flax Spitzen LLP, a boutique GTA based accounting firm.

Over a career spanning 30+ years, Jacob has amassed extensive knowledge and experience in many facets of the profession, including accounting, assurance and both corporate and personal taxation.

Jacob services owner-managed clients across a broad-spectrum of business sectors including manufacturing, real estate and professional services, Jacob’s clients rely on him for his technical, yet practical approach to create unique solutions to each specific situation.

Jacob spent several years on the board of a non-profit organization, both as co-chair and treasurer. When not busy with work, he has a wide range of interests including photography, astronomy, and is a life-long basketball fanatic.
