Mark Spitzen joined Fruitman Kates as a partner in 2022 after the merger of Flax Spitzen LLP, a boutique accounting practice based in the GTA.

With over 20 years of diversified experience, Mark provides invaluable insight and practical business solutions in public accounting, corporate and personal income tax, estate planning, business valuations, and information technology.

With a focus on owner operated businesses over the years, Mark has supported his clients to evolve, grow and thrive by providing strategic advisory needs that are delivered with a personalized level of service.

Mark’s clients include businesses operating in real estate, construction, engineering, professional services, hospitality, manufacturing and distribution.

When away from the office, Mark can be found spending time with his family, attending live music and sporting events, or more often than not at the local hockey arena volunteering and supporting his 3 boys.
