Stuart Toye

Stuart has over 20 years of professional practice and has been involved in many assignments for a variety of private companies and industries including manufacturing, financial services, medical practices, transportation, real estate and construction. Stuart’s focus has been on family law matters, tax and estate planning, shareholder disputes and forensic investigations.

Stuart has been involved in the preparation of expert reports, preparation of experts for testimony and the review of opposing expert reports/testimony.

In his personal time, Stuart enjoys spending time with family, as well as playing soccer and golf.
